Multidisciplinary Education for the Environment
Through a fun, technology driven, interactive presentation Michelle O’Connor and Emily Kenny co-founders of Multidisciplinary Education for the Environment (ME4E) will demonstrate the ways of creating a successful and sustainable school-community conservation projects. Outstanding programs need a blend of technology, conservation, community interest and student involvement. We'll show how Park Forest, Il 4th and 5th grade students, Thorn Creek Audubon, The Science Depot, Park Forest School Districts 162 and 163, Park Forest Parks and Recreation Department and ME4E all worked together to make it happen!
